Founded in 1893 in Saint Junien, France, Rigaudy-Perrin began a century-old tradition of expert glove making in the French epicentre of leather goods craftsmanship. 

PERRIN PARIS has extended their expertise into a cohesive collection of luxury leather handbags and accessories, committed to combining the finest quality skins with highly conceptual design. It remains a family-owned and operated business to this day.

PERRIN PARIS has boutiques in Paris, Los Angeles, New-York, Tokyo and Hong Kong; a design studio and showroom in Paris. 

  • Are all items made of real leather?

All PERRIN PARIS products are made of the finest quality leather sourced in France. We take great pride in our materials and sourcing and guarantee the finest quality at all times.

  • What should I do if a bag that I want is out of stock?

We try our best to replenish stock as quickly as possible. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for an email alert by going to the specific product page and clicking the “Email me when in stock” button. When that must-have item is available again, you’ll be the first to know!

  • Is there a warranty on the item I have purchased?

Our products do not come with a warranty document simply because we will always do our best to repair your piece if something were to happen, regardless of the time past since purchase date.

All our items are handcrafted using the most advanced techniques and the best quality leathers sourced from France. All PERRIN PARIS products are proof of our commitment to quality and defects are extremely rare. In a unique case of an issue with your item, you can contact us at ecom@perrinparis.com and our dedicated team will do its very best to give you satisfaction.

Although we usually do not intervene on abnormal use, normal wear or accidental damage, we do understand that you want to repair a piece that you love. Feel free to contact us at ecom@perrinparis.com and we will do our best to find a solution.

  • My online order is a gift. Will it arrive beautifully wrapped?

Our fulfilment team takes pride in beautifully wrapping each and every package. However, if your purchase is a gift for someone special, feel free to let us know at ecom@perrinparis.com! We can add an extra touch like a handwritten note, and avoid including the order invoice.

 

PAYMENT 

 

  • I am having trouble with my credit card information for my online order.

 If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, please verify that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or the security code.

  • Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees? 

All our online orders are fulfilled from Beverly Hills, California. 

- Domestic Shipping in the USA:

FREE: Standard UPS Ground Shipping, delivered within 3-5 business days.

$50: UPS Express Shipping, delivered within 1-2 business days.

- International Shipping Worldwide:

FREE: Standard UPS Ground Shipping, delivered within 5-7 business days.

$50: Express Shipping, delivered within 3-5 business days. 

  • Where does PERRIN PARIS ship?

We will ship your order to any destination worldwide.

  • Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

For security reasons, all online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery.

  • Can I return the item I have purchased?

 All returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt of your order. We do not offer refunds after that period has passed, however we will gladly offer an exchange within 30 days from original purchase date on an unworn, unused item in its original packaging if you are not fully satisfied with your choice. Please contact our team at ecom@perrinparis.com with any return or exchange-related inquiry.

If you have just received your piece and simply want to return without talking to a member of the team, please ship the piece back to the following address – please do include the original paperwork so that we can identify you:
